I’ve been living here for about two weeks now, and I truly love this place. The residents are incredibly friendly and kind. One time during a heavy rain, I forgot my key fob and couldn’t get into the building. A resident happened to be driving by, saw me standing outside, and actually got out of his car in the rain to help me get inside. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming moment.
The view from the apartment is beautiful, and the natural light is amazing. Even though it rains often, the apartment stays bright and comfortable. It really feels like a pleasant and relaxing place to live.

I absolutely love living at Jefferson Yards! Racheal is always super polite and helpful, and my neighbors are wonderful. The rooftop balcony has a gorgeous view of Tacoma, and the building stays comfortable year-round—it’s never too hot or too cold inside. I also really enjoy the amenities room and fitness center; both are well-kept and very convenient. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience here!
